Ivor Newsum and his staff are professional and more than competent to work on my 478,000-mile Honda Element, whom I cannot trust to just anyone!! Not only did Ivor fix my car; he did so in one afternoon when I had originally expected it to take until the next morning! Not just competent, but very speedy and efficient! I recently had two vehicles serviced at Hi-Tek. I was also referred  by another local shop that could not take on any new business. Boy am I glad they did. They took care of both my vehicles promptly. Cost of labor was reasonable. They were courteous, knowledgeable and delivered beyond excellent service.
