Ivor was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my truck. He showed me how he detected the problem and what it was. He showed me a Injector and explained how they opertate and what can causes them fail. He recommended to me what I should put in the fuel every time I fill up that will keep the Injectors and the complete fuel system clean and operating properly. He gave me an apointment the very next day. I dropped my truck off in the morning. It was fixed that day and back in my driveway that evening. It runs and performs better than it did the day I bought it. I would honestly recommended HI TEK AUTOMOTIVE to anybody!!! Ivor and his staff are highley trained professionals who take pride in what they do. Very reasonable labor rates and uses OEM parts where they should be used. Good people, trustworthy people. They all treated me more like a friend then just a customer. Ivor I thank you and your staff for a job well done. Hi-Tek Automotive was excellent and the service was outstanding. The people were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Ivor runs a great shop and his crew explains issues and corrective measures plainly. I found the pricing to be extremely fair and feel I got the best deal I could have any where. I will use no other mechanic in Okeechobee other than Hi-Tek Automotive. I own an rx 7 and had trouble finding a shop to repair my exhaust the way I wanted it done (I only found 1 other shop even willing to do the repair and not how I wanted it ran) let alone attempt to do any other engine tuning.
